These elephants with their many colours reminds me of Switzerland except there, they paint cows. This phenomenon of fiberglass cows started in Switzerland. I was in Puerto Vallarta a few weeks ago and there I saw fiberglass whales. I just love them. Elephants must be important to Singapore culture.
